Contract formation guideline:

Once you place an order, you will receive acknowledgment on your registered e-mail ID with mentions of the order received at our end. Please note that this auto-generated e-mail does not mean that we have accepted your order. Your order is an offer made to us that is subject to our will of selling the product. All orders are conditional (i.e. based on availability and acceptance by us) and we will confirm our acceptance by sending you another e-mail confirming the dispatch of the product.

The contract between us will be recognized only when an email has been sent to you about the dispatch of the product. Please note that all communication will happen through electronic media.

While placing an order you undertake that all details provided by you to us while requesting goods or availing any services from us are true and accurate. In addition, while placing a pre-paid order, you agree that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used for the transaction while placing the order; and in the case of COD order, you undertake that you have sufficient funds to payout the bill.

Prices

(a) All prices found on www.thechikankarists.com site are final, and may change from time to time. Shipping and handling are billed and shown separately at checkout (or on invoices, if applicable). The shipping address and order amount may affect certain costs, and sales taxes may apply to some orders.

(b) For customers ordering from outside the United States, all product prices are net of local taxes and fees. If, according to applicable law, the goods are subject to sales taxes, import duties, import brokerage fees, or other taxes or fees in the recipient’s country, then the customer has the sole responsibility to pay these taxes and fees.

(c) Customers must pay the purchase price, applicable sales taxes, and shipping and handling charges immediately upon placing an order, without deduction.

(d) Please note that we reserve full authority to cancel any order before and after dispatch, from our end in the case an order has been placed for an incorrectly priced product listed on our website. But, since the pricing error is obvious or could have reasonably been recognized by you as a mispricing, we are not bound to abide the contract in such a situation.

Kurta Emporium reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problems corrupt the security, or proper administration of the service. www.thechikankarists.com  reserves the right to refuse the service to anyone at any time before binding the contract.
