INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. We ship across the globe. We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Aramex . The Chikankarists does not ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses.
2. For International Orders, you can easily pay through your Debit/Credit cards as well as Paypal. You can use Paypal option to make payment through your Credit card also without creating any Paypal account.
3. You can also pay through Bank Transfer.
4. We charge Flat International Shipping of $25 for orders below $100.
5. For orders above $100, there is Free International Shipping/No Shipping Charges.
6. Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout.
7. Cancellation requests are accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order.
8. Made on Order products usually takes 20-25 business days to dispatch.
9. The Chikankarists tries to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there can be slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), customer is free to cancel the Order and Full amount will be refunded.
10. As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
11. International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in your order are ready with us. We don’t dispatch incomplete orders.
12. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
13. Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
