- Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, lockdown, etc.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
In cases of returns & cancellations, you can raise the request from ‘ my account ‘ section.

We have 7 DAYS NO QUESTION ASKED RETURNS POLICY
- In case a client is dissatisfied with our product, he/she can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or they can raise a return request from “My Account” section on our website. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days after the client has received the parcel. We will arrange a reverse pick-up from your place (reverse pick-up may not be available on selected pin -codes). We have two options for processing returns :-
- Store Wallet – We will be adding amount equal to the returned product value to your ‘ Chikankarists’ wallet. You can use this credit amount on your next purchase with us. Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return. Refund will not be initiated if the product is found damaged or in bad condition.
- Bank Refund – We will be refunding the amount deducting Rs. 100/- as shipping charges per product to your bank account. We will be needing your bank account details for the same.
- If a customer wants to return a product due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, defective product), we will replace the product or refund the full amount as per customer demand. We will need the customer to mail us the video/picture of the damaged part of the product to initiate the return process.
- If the customer demands refund, it will happen only after we receive back the product and validate the return. Products to be returned should be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as delivered. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
After we receive the return package, we will be inspecting the same. In case a reverse pick-up is not done due to any reason owing to customer or a mistake on courier company’s behalf, the customer needs to contact us to arrange for the pick-up again. If the customer fails to contact us timely for the reverse pick-up again, the exchange/return request may be rejected.
Once the product is approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or credit (as per customer’s preference) of the amount within 10 days. If the product returned is not found eligible for issuing refund, we will courier it back to you. In both the cases, we will try to close it within 20-25 working days of us receiving the return package from you. We will not be responsible for any damage that happens during return shipping.The customer must agree to not raise any dispute against the decision made by our company regarding the eligibility of a product return. Any return request that is considered as non-valid by our team will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases. If there are repeated cancellation or return requests from a customer ( more than 50% of orders delivered), the future orders from that client will be on no return/no cancellation basis.
CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER
- Any cancellation of order will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order. The customer can either mail us at email@example.com or put up a request from “My Account” section of the website. We will not be accepting any cancellation request post that. The customer shall agree not to dispute the decision made by The Chikankarists regarding the same.
CANCELLATION BY THE chikankarists:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by The Chikankarists and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?
- If a customer has a size issue with any product and wants a bigger/smaller size for the same, the customer can raise the size exchange request from ‘My Account’ section or can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the issue and we shall revert within 24 working hours. We will arrange a pickup from the customer and deliver the required size within 5-10 working days.
- The Size exchange will be done only if the required size is available in the mentioned product. Otherwise the customer can ask for a credit or refund.
- For Size Exchanges, the product should be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as delivered.
- A product can only be exchanged once. Any exchange/return request will not be accepted the second time.
